Speaker. Creator. Cancer survivor.
And a woman who got tired of waiting to feel like herself again.

I always had this deep inner knowing, that I was made for more.
But for years, I played small. I waited for the right time. I doubted myself.

It took facing my own mortality at 46, being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, to finally action what I already knew.
Life is too short to keep waiting.

Since then, I’ve rebuilt everything.
My mindset. My identity. My entire way of showing up.
And I’ve made it my mission to help women do the same, in their own way, on their own terms.
